One of my favorite burger recipes is also very simple, I call it "The Sue Special"
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Package of Onion Soup (powder)
Mix but do not over mix, over mixing will lead to a very dry burger
Put on the grill or in a frying pan
Dress with your favorite condiments
Wholewheat buns are a great alternative to the white buns but use your preference
