The Perfect Burger

Simple and yummy!

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef or sirloin
3 tablespoons finely chopped yellow onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 - 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce

Preparation method

1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
 
2. Combine beef and all of the ingredients in a bowl, mix together, and form into patties. Grill them and eat them.
